Caring Club® Merchants
Local merchants agree to provide special discount or other incentives to people who have a Caring Club® card. In return for offering these discounts the United Way helps merchants advertise and expand their business. The merchants are featured on our website and publications as well as during various promotional events that are conducted throughout the year.
Caring Club® Members
Individuals in our community become members of the Caring Club® by donating at least $156 to the United Way of Washtenaw County Community Investment Fund or one of our focus areas. This level of contribution entitles them to receive a Caring Club® card which will identify them as a Caring Club® member to the participating merchants.
